District Purchase Orders
School Purchase Orders are accepted from schools
& school districts only!
Minimum "item" total is $25.00.
Allow 2-3 business days for processing.
Terms are NET 30 from the date of invoice.
Use the online shipping calculator to determine
shipping costs prior to faxing order.
Include School or School District Name,
billing/shipping address, contact name, email, phone, quantity, item
description, price, shipping charge, &
order total on signed, approved purchase order.
Fax your School Purchase Order (on school letterhead
w/ all required signatures) to: 1.208.765.3745.
